Custom Orders:

I gladly consider custom orders and requests!  Please send me an email with what you would like to have customized and we can work out the  details.

Shipping Lead-times:

• Premade Journals and Book Art typically ship within 1-2 days of ordering.
• Ornaments and Notecards typically ship within 2-3 days of ordering.
• Custom items shipping times will be estimated once the work requirements have been outlined for the custom item.

 

Shipping Policies:

• Items are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail depending upon the items and their weights. 
• Journals are shipped Media Mail domestically (USA) and standard mail to Canada.
• Due to the complexities and sometimes unknown nature of international taxation, customers will be responsible for covering any VAT, import duties and related fees in their country of residence/delivery.

 Product Return Policies:

I make every effort to photograph and describe each item thoroughly so you can be an informed buyer. Please make sure you thoroughly read the description to avoid unmet expectations.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask me. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know the details of your dissatisfaction. This will allow me the opportunity to rectify it before moving on to a return.

• Pre-made items are eligible for return up to ONE WEEK after receipt.   Upon return of items, refunds will be in full if the issue was due to a problem on my part or with the product.  I will provide you with a shipping label to return the item in this case.
• If the return is due to buyer’s decision, a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and original postage fees will be given once the item is received back in its original condition.   You will be responsible for shipping the item back.
• Custom orders (personalized, specially requested book, etc) are not eligible for return.
